Founded in 2002 by Captain Robert Figular, Mariners Learning System was born from his passion for boating and the desire to offer students more than just answers. After his transformative journey aboard a Catana 431, Bob recognized the need for a learning experience that emphasizes the "whys" and "hows" of maritime skills. Driven by this vision, he created an innovative online platform that empowers aspiring captains to understand the principles of safe boating. Today, we continue to equip our students with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the waters successfully.
