Steps to Send Your Completed FCC Application Packet 

Where do I send my completed FCC application packet?  

We submit to the FCC on your behalf once you pass your written requirement(s) and we receive your application packet. 

You can email support@marinerslearningsystem.com the following items: 

  • Your MLS certificate of completion(s) for each required FCC Element 
    • Your application submission will be severely DELAYED if this is not included
  • FCC 605 Main Form
    • For #9, if you do not have an FRN, register for one here
  • FCC 605 Schedule E

 

Where can I locate my certificate of completion(s)?  

You can access your FCC certificate of completion(s) through your Course Locker by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Course Locker account
  2. Once on the Course Locker page, scroll down to the bottom of the page
  3. Your certificate(s) will be displayed there for download

 

What happens once Mariners Learning System has my FCC application packet?

Once we receive your FCC application packet via email, our team will carefully review it to ensure all required forms and documentation are complete and accurate. If everything checks out, we will electronically submit your application packet to the FCC on your behalf. This service is provided at no additional cost, as it is included in the purchase price of your program. There may be an issuance fee with the FCC once your application is approved.

No, there are no additional fees for Mariners Learning System to submit your FCC application packet. This service is included in the cost of your purchase. However, please note that the FCC may charge an issuance fee once your application is approved.
