Our online course extension is designed specifically for current MLS students who may need additional time to complete their coursework.

Life can sometimes get in the way, and we understand that completing your studies within the one-year timeframe isn't always possible.

That's where our extension comes in, providing you with the flexibility and support you need to reach your educational goals on your own schedule.

What's Included

The Course Extension includes a new 12-month timeframe and a complete course reset.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The nature of the course extension is that it will reset all quizzes and exams, requiring you to start the course from the beginning. 

Don't let time constraints hinder your academic progress. Order when it makes sense for you; you can even purchase an extension after your course expires.

You have the following options for when to purchase an online course extension:

• Extend prior to the course expiration date. If you extend prior to the course expiration date, the new expiration date will be set one year from the date that you pay for the extension. (Ex: If your expiration date was April 1, 2022 and you registered for a course extension on March 1, 2022, your new course expiration date will be March 1, 2023.)
• Extend on the course expiration date. If you extend on the course expiration date, the new course expiration date will be one calendar year from your original course expiration date. (Ex: If your expiration date was April 1, 2022 and you registered for a course extension on April 1, 2022, your new course expiration date will be April 1, 2023.)
• Extend after the course expiration date. If you extend after your course expiration date, the new course expiration date will be set for one year from the date you extend the course. (Ex: If your expiration date was April 1, 2022 and you registered for a course extension on May 1, 2022, your new course expiration date will be May 1, 2023.)

Within one business day, you can expect an email containing your course extension details. This email will provide your new course expiration date and login information.

Please refrain from logging into the course until you receive the follow-up email notifying you that your course has been reset.

This purchase covers the administrative fees involved with resetting your course(s), along with the continued support from our staff.

NOTE: Once a course extension is processed, it cannot be undone.

Course extensions do not cover successfully completed courses where the final proctored exam was passed with a certificate issued. These students will need to buy a new course; call our office for more information.
