How to Submit Your Felony Conviction Information with Your FCC Application

I selected "Yes" for #28 on my FCC 605 Main Form, now what?

If you marked “Yes” for #28 on the FCC 605 Main Form, you will also need to check “Yes” on #8 of the same form.

Additionally, you must provide an attachment detailing your court conviction, which will need to be included with the rest of your FCC application packet.

How do I attach my felony charge to my FCC application packet?

To properly supplement your filing, please include the following details:

  • A list of all felony charges you were convicted of
  • An explanation of the incidents underlying the charges
  • The dates when the incidents occurred
  • The sentences imposed and whether they have been fully served

👀 NOTE: This includes felonies committed as a minor, those that have been expunged from your record, and those for which a pardon has been granted.
