Examples of military documentation include DD214, NGB form 22, a Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), a Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), or a Veteran Identification Card (VIC).

The most common verification method for EMTs and paramedics is providing your EMT/EMS license number.
